Thats Very Debatable, I own a small Buisness as well supplying Medical patients and Dispenseries like you. with Quality, and no a 5X5 isn't going to cut it for me either. The "Yes" on 19 guys say it doesnt impede on Medical laws, but When I read it, it pretty much nullifies all our current laws.

Five by five.... thats like room for one plant. Methinks 19 is going to bite you in the butt.
I can see it now. The masses of subdivisions each with a small plot in the backyard barbwired to keep the thieves away from your plant.
Good Luck with that.

Being as obtuse as you are I also have no faith your ability to anything correctly so I doubt you run anything but your mouth. If you'd ask you're lawyer he can explain it for you businessman. Same goes for that Zero person, lame.

^ if you think about it plants are round not square so a 1 sf circle would actually be much larger than 1 foot wide. it would be 1 x pi or something. :stoned: the space in between the plants does not count against your 25sf. so ... with a little creativity and simple geometry, one can come up with lots of ways to use up 25 sf. it might be kinda fun to see some of the way people do if this passes. :rasta:
