The police in DC claim each plant is worth a pound. If that was only true. Anyway, these seniors need to claim medical and it must have been a neighbor who ratted them out. Regardless, anyone should be able to grow a few plants without government intrusion, even make a couple of buck. the governments been ripping us off so long we need to recoup somehow.

true. Yeah, 11 plants in a legal medical cannabis district, such as DC, is surely a legal, reasonable amount if being used for its natural medical properties.

I always hate to see when one of our family is busted, but this could be a good test case for DC. The voters of DC approved medical use back in the 1990's but Congress trumped the will of the people back then.

Recently the new Administration and new Congress has set out to correct that. This could be a good test case for them.
