this sounds like a small step in the right direction but, of course, the real problem is that growing even one plant without a doctors recommendation in California is currently punishable by a felony prison term in state prison. Even medical users with doctors rec's are guilty until proven innocent in the current system.

Prop 19 would kill all that nonsense once and for all. Nothing else comes even close to doing that. people would have to be stoned out of their minds to vote no on 19. :jointsmile:
