yea arnold did that but its too late because prop 19 will pass and full legalization will happen. it needs to happen!!!! there is way too much racial profiling still continuing and people are getting arrested for simple possession, which is a waste to time for everyone.

This is no doubt a step in the right direction, and is a great bell weather for Prop 19. Which by the way the comes up to vote in a month so make sure you are registered.
