The Governator finally did it today and signed a bill decriminalizing possession of pot. This is no doubt a step in the right direction, and is a great bell weather for Prop 19. To bad if you happen to get busted you still have to pay the fines,hopefully not after Nov.Also I dont think its much of a help to anything or anyone,governator has been completely worthless since the sheeple voted him in,he is against prop 19,althou since there are still fines attached to this it might make more folks want to vote.
