DNA in UA??

HEy guys and gals. I have question...first off I did do some searching around and yet to come up with my answer so thatâ??s why Iâ??m posting a new thread. I am a new member and have a drug test prob.
I have taken 2 UA's and failed both after trying to dilute and the test are 22bucks a pop and I have to pass 2 of them. So my question is..Do they look for DNA in a UA test? I have fail 2 of them and I have a clean donor who can pee for me. BUt I don't know if the lab will keep a record of any type of DNA or anything that will show that my donors pee is not mine. I am a male and I have a male donor that can help me out. So is there anyways they can detect that the pee if from another male not myself? Also can they detect female pee from mail pee also?? B/c if my boy backs out on me or something happens my girl can pee for me since she does not smoke pot at all.
I read the sticky up top about how they test on a home test then if it's positive then they send it off to the lab. So if I have clean pee they wonâ??t lab test it right? B/c of the cost even know they are charging me 22bucks a pop. I'm in a really tight spot b/c I need to get my counseling done so I can get off probation (btw I'm not even on probation for weed something else/ but counseling says I have to have 2 clean UA's or they wonâ??t give me my completion papers and I need to get this done in the next week half or I go to jail)
So can anyone give me and insight on how this will work out for me?...B/c Iâ??m sure not clean smoked close to a week ago (which was dumb I know got caught in the moment) and I don't want to throw away 44bucks again by trying to dilute. Sorry for the long post but I'm really nervous and I can't afford to do jail time I have 14 animals to care for on my farm.

They can not legally test for DNA unless you sign an agreement to allow them to test for it.

so can they tell male from female pee then?
I'm not sure if I sign any paper work about the DNA testing. I had to sign allot of stuff and it was a while ago..but I don't think they would have made me sign anything about that just for simple 5 week counseling.
