Group Health
Does anyone know if Group Health can or will issue "papers"? Because ive jumped through a million hoops with them for my back pain. I tried smoking some week with my friends a while back and it helped more than any pill ive ever taken so im thinking of asking my Group Heath doctor but i dont know if ill just be shut down instantly or not. And since im on Group Health insurance i cant see any doctors that arent Group Health.

Group Health is a horrible place. I have been going there for two years and I go to the hospital once a month for diabetic problems and have never had any help with them.(Finally now getting help from other docs) Oh...yeah, they will not issue documention. Not sure what side of the state you are on, but you can try one of the local clinics...they can help.

I believe that you have the right to see any doctor you want to see, actually... it's just that your insurance won't necessarily pay for such visits unless they're within the Group Health plan. If I were you I'd go ahead and pay out of pocket to go to one of the doctors in the area who'll go through your Group Health records and sit down with you to talk about MMJ possibilities. Dr. Gil Mobley (Dr. Gil's Clinic — MMJ assessment) or Dr. Rex Alvord (253-222-2172) are a couple of good options.

Had a brother that was butchered by Group Death. A minor back surgery to remove some torn disk problem that pretty much left him an invalid. Another Group Death surgeon went in to try and fix it but the damage had already been done.
