    My plants are too close

I have cracked over the top of flowering plants...they don't like it..but, it didn't hurt anything.

in fact, it only made them, off balance

A few branches are cracked, but they seems to do fine. The growth rate have slowed down, but the plants are thirsty. Since I have an automatic watering system with a large reservoir, it doesn't bother me much. I just have to check the water level every couple of days, and fill it up if it becomes too low.

This is one of the flowers. I made an enlargement of the picture, which I shoot today. It seems like there are crystals on the leaves. These crystals are too small to be seen by the eye. But it isn't even a month of flowering this far, so I hope I will se much more within a few weeks.

With all things said in this post one thing I missed.. Room temps. have alot to do with trichome production. Room temps. at a constant 68-72 will produce better bud or higher trichome gland count, than a room at above 75 slows growth. Proper ventilation is key! It's fine if humidity is all over the place.. Just never needs to stay high like 90% or more. Rain causes humidity. Dry air=lower humidity. Learned all that by Keepin' it Simple!

The temperature is around 80°F when the light is switched on. But I suspect the thermometer doesn't give me an accurate reading. I avoid having it exposed to the hps light by placing it high up in the tent, but then hot air will rise to the temperature. I have just now reseted the thermometer, so I can check the low temperature during the dark period.

The humidity is at 32%rh. I believe that should be OK during flowering.

The usual 30 days of vegging. 3 weeks in 16oz cups, one week in 2 gallon pots...about 12-15 inches tall....switch to 12/12.

Sometimes, I transplant again, to 4 gallon pots, and wait another week...sometimes, I stay with 2 gallon pots, if I'm in a hurry.

    High...Ga...:abduct:

And now I have had a dark period since reseting. 68°F when it is as coldest. That's the room temperature I have. The humidity varies between 25-35%rh.

When it comes to ventilation, my fan moves 160m3/h according to the spec. If I convert that into imperial units, I get 5650 cubic feet per hour. Could that be a reasonable figure? I think I have mostly seen lower figures here on this forum. Anyway, it sucks sufficient air to make the tent walls bulge inward, which I consider a good thing. Then all outgoing air will pass the carbon filter. It seems to work. The only times I can feel the cannabis odour outside the tent, is when I have been handling the plants.
