    Post bong dizziness.

I am rather new to cannabis and I have smoked a few joints over the course of the past few months and the affects of each high wore out within an hour or two and I was back at 100% normal.

However, a few days ago I used a bong for a first time and took a huge rip which got me coughing for a bit and got the most stoned as I've ever been, but it's been about three days and I still feel dizzy, flashes throughout my body, and having eye twitches as I try to move them and focus on objects.

I'm wondering if anyone has had this experience before and how long it lasted? Thanks

This is fairly normal. What is happening is your endocannabinoid system has been tossed slightly out of whack with an external source of endocannabinoids providing chemicals the brain normally handles/creates.

Your wooziness is being caused by your body's sudden lack of melatonin.

Eat healthy food and take a melatonin pill. This should pass and your body should adjust in time.

The nervous ticks, can't help you there. I get those still and I've been using medical cannabis for a long, LONG time.

is it normal for it to interfere with blood pressure too? When I tilt my head down then get back up I feel even more dizzy, and I have heat flashes throughout my body.

I seriously doubt it is from pot or the bong, especially after a couple of days, but if you have symptoms serious enough to disturb you go see a real doctor.

Do you really trust a bunch of strangers on the internet to tell you if you have a health problem?

sounds more like an issue with your blood oxygen levels, try taking a huge deep breath into a paper towel roll with your hand on the other side and see if you have the same effects, I am betting you will, as far as tilting head down then filling dizzy when you get up that is normal when you tilt your head down you are slowing blood flow to your head, normal to get dizzy, flashes or off balance in that situation
This post is a figment of your imagination, I am not a real person and this is all made up
