How to ensure temps stay at required level?

I took a drug test a few weeks ago (subbed) and passed, but the temp strip only read 92 degrees!! This was AFTER I submerged it in hot water, crotched it (male) wearing 3 pairs of briefs, and had the heater on high during the car ride pointed at my crotch. I now have to take another drug test for a different employer, how can I make sure the temps are higher this time??!

When the collector handed you the empty sample cup, did it feel cold?

If Im at a facility where they run the A/C on high 24/7, their empty sample cups are often cold, to the point where a urine samples temp would take a tumble after being poured into from a warmed up container (about 96-98F).
Perhaps to overcome that condition, I always "prewarm" the empty cup by tucking it under my arm pit as Im closing the bathroom door, unzipping, etc..
