I'm a smoker, 14 years off and on, and a toker, for about the same time frame lol. I find that A) depends on WHAT you're smoking and B) How you're smoking it.

I find that bongs and bubblers are alot easier on the lungs, Pipes are next on the list, followed by high grade hemp papers and then crappy rolling papers. Using thicker rolling papers while easier to roll are hard on the lungs.

Pot isn't as bad for your lungs as ciggy's, but still has alot of tar and stuff in it, and if you have "dirty" weed or weed that hasn't been flushed properly it can be pretty hard on the lungs lol.

If you've never smoked before and now all of a sudden have taken up daily toking it's no wonder your lungs are having a hissy fit

You can also try eating it, lots of good instructions on how to make bud butter for brownies or cookies. That way no lung problems, that's what my grandma does cause she's got throat damage.

Fast forward to this last week of being home and continuing this green journey with a friend of mine, and every day I have chronic coughing and my lungs kindof hurt if I breath in real deep. I mean I know smoking weed isnt the Rating: 5
