to Justinadas,
hi man, it definitely seems yr amsterdam girlfriend is lacking something in heh diet but it could also be the genetics of your new seed as well so look her up well.
Have you checked the Ph of your soil?
In the mean time I would recommend a bit more water than usual + try find an organic fertilizer(there is one made from see weed that works like magic if you can get that do, you won't be disapointed) alternatively choose a tomato fertilizer (they are close cousins and require a similar diet) be carefule to read to notice well, you want a type of fertilizer that will drain out of your soil within 2weeks with like 3 or 4 watering without fertilizer to get rid of all traces. This is mighty important, as you want the flavour of your buds to be unaltered and avoid harshness on throat when you smoke..
Do not buy pellets! get your fertilizer in a liquid form, your should find 1 or 2 litre bottles that will last you at least 1 year so it's cheap.
Also try giving it some fish oil (simple cod liver oil is perfect) just put 5 or 6 little gellule of cod liver oil (pierce them first) under the soil around the stem, it will diffuse slowly each time you water the plant.
spray some plain soda water on yr plant (just on the leaves not the buds) every afternoon, it has high cardon dioxide in it and your girlfriend needs alot of that
Last tip, if you want to flavour your buds, make some fresh juice add some sugar to taste, my prefference is orange or mango, enjoy a glass of juice then give the rest of the jug to the plant.
All skin and leftover from the fruit should be chopped up in small pieces and mixed to the soil around the stem..
1 jug a week will give you both the vitamins you need and will skunk up the smell and flavour of your buds.
try those few tip and i'm sure you will fatten up your buds big time and give it delicious flavour also...
Stop all water 5 days prior to harvest, stop fertilized water 15-20days prior to havest, harvest 2days after full moon.
Do not dry the buds in the sun! You need a dark dry place(this will consumate the chlorophy improving the taste big time).
My preffered method is a cardboard box as it extract humidity out of bud well, 5days are usually sufficient to dry but that will depends on bud size.
Last but not least do not stack the buds in the box while drying, they need to breathe well to dry well.
You might know alot of what I am suggesting already but I anticipated a few questions and tips for those who are new to the art
Keep me posted on results
Peace

Your right, some stuff I knew and some I did not. I plan to go get some Liver Cod Oil Caps at the store. Was wondering your thoughts on molasses instead of juice? I have been using black strap molasses for the past month on her...usually every other feeding her a tablespoon per gallon of water. Your thoughts?
I always check the PH before I water and I check the runoff which usually hangs on at about 6.8
Will keep ya posted on her progress!
