NEED HELP ASAP!

ok guys i need help asap .. ive been slacking havent got the chance to buy a timer for my lights yet and its been like half hour differences i been turning the light on and off ..is this gonna effect my plant? and i think i wanna go back to 24 hours of light to grow more branches and leaves ..right now im at 12/12 and my plant is prolly about a foot high and im using 5 cfls please help asap!!!

Yes, quite likely.

If you are asking;
Can I re-veg at 24 hr?

Yes, but it will take a while to revert to veg.
