I own a building with a licensed grower and more growers looking at the space.
I really just want to sell the building and would like to find a realtor that is working with the MMJ community to list my building.
Anybody working with someone who could help me find a buyer.

It's not in Denver.
Part of the reason I'm looking for a realtor is because I am looking for some confidentiality with the transaction.
Not sure why it makes a difference where it is anyway. It is a secure location with all the necessary prior approvals

Some localities have different rules about grow locations. Also, if it's in the Springs, I'm not making that commute
