Black and Red CFL's for flowering?

I'm five days into flowering on my god's gift clone, I'm thinking about switching my lighting from 1 42w cfl and 2 75w grow lamps to 2 red 13w cfls and one black 13w cfl. First, i'm wondering if thats enough(2550 lumens). and if black and red cfl's can flower a plant. I know blacklights are useless but I was wondering if a black cfl is okay.

    Also, yellow or green cfls?

those CFLs are just coated i believe. they would seem to be pretty useless. why would you take light away from your plants? on what planet does that make sense? you need more CFLs than if you put all of the lights you have over your lady.
