Caregivers, I need your help.

what if you do not have a caregiver how should one address them. also what kind of letter format is appropiate.

I approached from the point that you may never be able to find a caregiver since this law will virtually wipe out the availability.

I don't have a caregiver either, but hope to change that at some point, since I really am not able to care for plants due to my disability. But if this law passes the likelihood is slim without posting or replying on Craigs List which I refuse to do (to many flakes & scams).
