Caregivers, I need your help.
I was really looking forward to reading this when I got in on Monday. Now I wish I hadn't wasted my time.
I'm working overtime every week, contacting city council members in what little private time I have, to fight for caregivers that probably hurt our business.
We wonder why caregivers are always getting the shaft? No one wants to pitch in, they want one big "bitch in" where they complain about the government and how nothing gets changed.
Any restrictions on plants is as moronic as it is illegal. But it's going to be the law for a short while until it gets challenged. Who's going to sue, though? All of the lawyers representing MMC's? The same ones who swore they were going to sue after 1284? Don't hold your collective breath.
Realistically, I get it. Some of you prefer to stay underground, don't care about any regulations, are off the "grid." I don't wish any of you ill-will or busts. As Russell Simmons would say, "Do you!"
For those who do this legally, have registered patients, and want a voice: I'm willing to keep harassing these council members. They're pretty receptive when you're not calling them a "Nazi Bitch" and focus on the truth, something they unfortunately know little about.
The next special issues committee meets on Wednesday. See what you can get done before then.

I'm not in Denver or I would have thought more about this. I think you are right though - people DO want to remain anonymous. Especially the patients that are with caregivers. Some are people that would never consider even showing ID at a Center, let alone sending their address to one of the most anti-mmj people on Denver City Council. When I saw you post, I was really glad to see you do it, but was highly afraid you would experience what you just did.
It's the chris bartkowicz / 9news, full spectrum / state legislature effect. Chris may be as good an example as full spectrum labs, but its not like people that have stood up haven't had their asses handed to them. Even word of trouble can cost jobs in some situations.

I'm going to contact you away from here regarding what you're requesting.
However, I think the privacy concern is valid.
For example, the aurora sentinel published a map of 'home grows', I think their 7-22 edition. I'm not certain. I know there was a thread here, and the map was never posted online that I know of, there's only a cell pic if it, in that thread. The paper never sourced where they got their info (maybe aurora pd), and we have to assume the dept. of health didn't release the info.
What could possibly be the source of that information? This is a paranoid crowd that you're asking for this info from.
With that said, people like you don't get enough respect, the ones in the trenches and behind the scenes, even working for those who don't understand that you're on the same team.
Apathy and ignorance are difficult barriers to overcome, good luck and thank you.

If you have a patient that doesn't include their address, at least have them include their district. At that point we can start calling out council members specifically.
Thanks for the kind words, Colo. It would theoretically be better for our business if caregivers were victims of this de facto ban, but we're trying to do right by everyone protected in A20, not just 1284.
