Caregivers, I need your help.
I have an open dialogue going with Jeanne Robb on the 12 plant issue that has reached somewhat of an impasse. I don't think she understands that there are REAL patients that are in federal housing or are too sick to cultivate medicine on their own. I need her to hear from your patients.
I'm compiling a list of short letters to forward her. If your patients could do something as simple as give their name, their address, a description of their condition and how having a caregiver assists them, I think it would go a long way to educating the councilwoman on this issue.
Getting plant counts any higher seems to be dead right now.
Thanks in advance.TheReleafCenter Reviewed by TheReleafCenter on . Caregivers, I need your help. LOL. Look at all the people signing up to offer their private info to this Nazi bitch... Don't knock each other down gettin to the keyboard, folks!
What I'd like to know is WHERE in A-20 or 1284 does it give the cities/counties an explicit right to TAKE AWAY A CITIZEN'S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT? I see where they have the power to LICENSE and REGULATE businesses in their jusrisdic(k)tion, but where are they given the power to regulate away INDIVIDUAL Constitutional rights by limiting patients to anything less than the law allows EACH patient?
Ask her that. Please.
Such a move is like saying "only one vote per household per election, no matter HOW MANY licensed voters reside at "X" address. Can they do THAT? NO.
They can't because it is your RIGHT. Same as MMJ!!!
"absolute power corrupts absolutely" Orwell

you got it Zep.
And I'll add.... we ALREADY FOUGHT for our rights in 2000 when Article XIV passede by a MAJORITY of the voters in Colorado.
Cities/towns/counties can regulate with more power than the State but they MUST respect our constitutional rights as they govern. It's in their Charters to operate and it is also "law".
Dat bitch is gonna get Denver sued in a BIG way.
