new card today ... where is the product?
Hi all! New to this site. My DOH card arrived today. The list I was given has only 4 producers listed. One of which is NOT accepting any new customers.
The sites I did visit all required registration and then wait another couple of weeks to see if I am even accepted or not.
If I was not already bald from chemo, I'd be pulling my hair out! Does anyone have any info/contacts/linksfor any other producers in ABQ?
Thanks,

The DOH will be sending out the contact info on the 6 new producers any day now.
I believe some may have meds soon.

new card today ... where is the product?
I have had my Card since Feb and in that time i have purchased once from producers every other time i need medication and have the money they never have any so i have stopped trying to purchase from them and grew my own. I understand some of us cant grow for different reasons but there is always the option of a caregiver that can grow for you.
The program is BS and so are the retards running it, But to be completely honest what program in New mexico isn't? I have worked with quiet a few programs in new mexico and not one of them was a smooth experience.
Just grow your own.

We are F'n lucky to be one of the 14 States with any kind of program.
You are F'n lucky to be in CO. Who has a program.
Do problems have to be worked out in both of our States? YES!
Meanwhile we as patients can grow our own and get meds when available.
Our MMJ programs are helping many and will get better.
The current 14 States are all pioneers as are we as patients.
Work needs to be done to make it better and many of us are trying.
I have been waiting over 40 years to get this far.
First and most important We need to elect Denish as Gov. or we are all F'd.

You may be deluding yourself into thinking you have something good when it really has pretty bad motives and effects. Look at the "rules" and you may notice that this State medical marijuana program is designed to:
ensure "proper enforcement of any criminal laws for behavior that has been deemed illicit by the state?"
Since growing, smoking, and otherwise using marijuana is generally defined in the rules as "behavior that has been deemed illicit (and illegal) by the state" (and, of course, the federal government), we in New Mexico now have a medical marijuana program dedicated to "ensuring proper enforcement" and presumably prosecution of non-medical marijuana users and growers at the same time that there is entirely inadequate production of "legal" medical marijuana, thus forcing patients in the program to do just what the program is expressly dedicated to preventing, i.e., buying and using marijuana that "has been deemed illicit by the state."
And you think that's a real good thing?
As for "Denish" and "Martinez" perhaps we should petition for a new qualifying condition: exposure to more than 50 Denish-Martinez ads. I know what that makes me want to do.

Blackhash,
I'm a legal "person" (everywhere).
Maybe you think I'm wrong, but I always thought marijuana was something that belonged to the people and that we shouldn't encourage the government when it calls it "illicit" or "illegal" and arrests people.

Thanks for all the replies. I was able to register with GRRX, as they are the only producers that allow on line registration. Mailed the other two applications today.
I had no grand illusions that NM would compare to CA or OR when it comes to the product availability, but never expected an outage.
I will continue to be patient. If I had the space, and physical energy to grow my own, I would have. Bone cancer pain is never ending and has stifled my ability to even garden.
So grateful to have found this forum. Wishing all of you the best.
Blue Bird.
