    Changing my light schedule help!

Hey guys first time grow here and i have a question about my lights. i have had my lights running 12/12 for a few weeks now. i have had the lights come on at about 6 in the afternoon and go off at 6 in the morning due to heat reasons . i just got my hands on a A/C and i would like to run my lights during the day. so i was wondering what would be the best way to switch the light schedule. let them sit in light for 24 hrs or let them be in the dark for 24 hours. they are all ready sexed and have white hairs all over the place!:stoned:

let them stand in the dark for 24 hours. once you start to flower your plants get hypersensitive. any bit of extra light can cause hermies, althouh this is not defenite.

if you were to leave the light on for the 24 hours it wouldn't be a huge deal, but it could cause problems. it's just better to alleviate this possibility altogether.
