Drug Test/Physical Help needed.

I'm going for a drug test tomorrow and physical tomorrow. They'll be seperating my urine into two cups after I give them my specimen. One cup will be for a standard 5 panel test and the other will be tested for cholesterol, sugar levels and some other markers that I'm not sure about. Can anyone tell me if this will work or not: I got urine from a friend who is straight and transferred it to my fridge after about one hour. In the morning I plan to get it out, heat it up, and stick a heating pad to it before going to the office. I plan to keep it in my crotch the entire time so it will be sufficiently warm, then give my sample. Will there be any degradation of the urine that would make my non-drug related test fail, possibly causing me to have to give a specimen on the spot? I've been clean for 10 day up to this point (after smoking daily for 12 years) and plan to follow the dillution method outlined in this forum as a backup, but I just wanted to be sure there would be no problem using the subbed urine with the other battery of tests that I'll have to take. Thank you for your attention and thoughts. Also, does anyone have any idea how much urine I'll need to give?

[Burnt Toast]

Overnight in the fridge is fine. Ive used urine samples that were stored in the fridge for 3 days and still passed the specimen integrity checks.
