Im from springs and my neighborhood association sent out a letter telling people to spy on their neighboors to see if they are growing marijuana. I dont think they really speak for the entire community, just a bunch of old bitter women. Their last cause was trying to eradicate taco stands , they failed on that front as well. I love Colorado.
