Hello everyone! :stoned:
I was wondering what you all know about cross straining different plants. I for awhile now have wanted to cross strain strawberry cough (for the fruitiness) with pink pez (for the potency) was just wondering how this could be done... NO MALE PLANTS!!! I will never ever ever allow a male cannabis plant to be in my grow room, I need the highest quality medicine for my ailments, and from my experience seedy cannabis is not that good. any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks for readingContrabandit Reviewed by Contrabandit on . Hello Contrabandit,
Just take one of your strawberry cough plants and force it to hermie. Then put it and one of your pink pez in a seperate "rape room" with a fan and let nature take it's course, and you will get feminized seeds of your cross, from your pink pez plant.
Good luck, many a decent hybred has been created simply by "slinging pollen".

Hello MEDEDCANNABIS,
You had me LOL reading that "lesbo porn" comment. :jumphappy:
One of the reasons I suggest the sperate rape room was to keep him from trying that in a room full of plants. Once pollinated the pink pez plant could be sprayed with water to make the pollen inert and moved back to the flowering room. The strawberry cough plant tho I would shit can, just cause there is a remote chance it's off spring might be more prone to hermie.
The other way to avoid that would be to remove the strawberry plant and harvest the 'naners for pollen and then carefully apply it to the pink pez. But even that should be done in a seperate room, and again the pez should be water sprayed before returning it to the flower room.

What you want to do is create feminized seeds like the pros, with two female plants. The best way to accomplish this is to use colloidal silver. Basically if you spray a female plant's leaves with colloidal silver solution (silver ions in water) when you first change it over to flowering, it will force all the parts you spray to turn into male sex parts. You can then use the pollen to pollinate a female for all-female seeds. You cannot smoke any part of the plant that's treated with colloidal silver but the seeds produced by the pollen are completely find to use. You can easily make your own colloidal silver solutionwith a D battery, alligator clips, and a piece of 99% pure silver like a silver coin. You can also purchase colloidal silver online. Colloidal silver is the method used by the pros to create feminized seeds. I wrote about the technique on my website (bottom half of the page):

In my opinion, it's far better to breed will all females as opposed to breeding with males.

Dear growweedeasy,
It's obvious you at least read the OPs original post...you put his quote in your post. What part of "....NO MALE PLANTS!!!" did you not understand. And if you read the entire thread you will see nobody mentions doing a cross with any males. :wtf:
As to collodial silver, yes it is used commercially by seed companies. But why would anybody use that method, and the dangers associated with it when you don't have too? BTW no need to answer the last question, it was rhetorical. (have someone explain that word to you)

if your going to start a breeding program your going to deal with seeds it is the nature of the program. your not going to sprout clones off of a plant. ive used males to create new strains that are still epic to this day. methodology aside it takes time and skill, oh and maybe some luck wont hurt:thumbsup:
meded is a hell of a drug
i do one thing great and i cant make a living at it:wtf:meded, so you can mededicate to mededitate
