Most all home test kits are extremely reliable, so whichever you choose you'll be fine. No lab is going to be easier than others, they all follow the same protocol.

As for dilution or substitution... Only the results of your home test kit and the amount of time you have between now and the pre employment test will giver you this answer. When you test yourself be sure to use the first void of the day as it contains the highest concentration of THCA.
