I was presented with a job with a small company, but Iâ??m not clean and need some assistance.

Which at home test do you recommend I purchase to test myself, so I can determine my course of actions? online or store/brand?

I will have to take a regular pre-employment and have the options of testing at LabCâ?¦ or Concent.. from what I was able to drag out of them, is either the same or is one easier fool? Luckily I have time to work with, but of course the sooner the better.

Would you recommend dilution or synthetic? If so, which method or brand for your recommendation?

Most all home test kits are extremely reliable, so whichever you choose you'll be fine. No lab is going to be easier than others, they all follow the same protocol.

As for dilution or substitution... Only the results of your home test kit and the amount of time you have between now and the pre employment test will giver you this answer. When you test yourself be sure to use the first void of the day as it contains the highest concentration of THCA.
