Court rules THCF clinic is a fraud

Looks to me like this case is not yet decided but that a lower courts ruling was overturned and it will now move forward.

One to watch for sure.

I told you justpics...and I don't see a higher court overturning this courts finding as it is based on public policy which won't change in the learned professions arena. Just the way it is in the U.S....

This is a real pink elephant in the room for sure.

Court rules THCF clinic is a fraud Ouch, THCF does not qualify as an authorizing health care practitioner to write mmj authorizations and as it turns out even a good faith effort on the part of a patient to have an on going (more than once a year) patient relationship with THCF is not tantamount to an ongoing relationship with your health care practitioner.
