Trying to quit, really am having a hard time
The things you describe (losing interest in friendships, abandonment of hobbies, depression, bad dreams, pain and anxiety) are pretty alarming from a counselor's point of view. You might want to give some thought to seeing a pro or at least unburdening yourself to a family member or good friend. Were I you, I would consider an extended break from marijuana, alcohol and other drugs.
You shouldn't be feeling like this simply because you stopped smoking pot for a few days. Seek help if these symptoms persist longer than a week or two.
