    Bat Guano and Nitrogen...ORGANIC

So I went to my local nursery yesterday looking for organic nutrients for my ladies. Of course, I told her I was trying to start an organic garden and needed some guidance. She took me to their organic section and we looked at everything from bat guano to blood meal and she told me that it is almost impossible to get high nitrogen content organically. This was my first clue that she didn't know what she was talking about. She left me alone and let me browse for awile and I was looking at bat guano. They had two different brands that were very different from each other. One bag was an 8 lb bag with a NPK of 10-0-0 and the other was an 18 lb bag with 0-8-0. Both bags were the same size, but the second one was more than twice as heavy. Any suggestions on a feeding ingredient/schedule for organic? I know that there are many differing opinions when it comes to organic, so I would like to know what all of you prefer in your gardens.

there are tons of options for organics. you don't have to use guanos or blood/bone meals. there are several line of nutes that are organic and that kick ass. biobizz being one of them. canna is supposedly very good as well. the only problem is that they might not be available to you locally.

they obviously have plenty of nitrogen as well. lol.

So many to choose from....Earth Juice, Foxfarm , General Organics, Pura Vida. You should be able to reference all these lines in more detail at their websites. I have personally used all of them and have seen similar results........guess it comes down to personal preferences....jmo but you should do ok with any of those.
