If you would like to add a PIN Pad to your terminal in order to accept PIN-based debit cards then please let us know. For only $5.00 per month we will send you an encrypted PIN Pad. By having your customer enter in their PIN it will save you in processing fees, especially for transaction amounts over $50.00.

Special Approval Guidelines

In order to approve your medical marijuana dispensary we have come up with some very specific and reasonable underwriting requirements:

Complete the standard Merchant Processing Application. We begin the process by asking you to complete our short Merchant Application Worksheet.

The sales of Medical Marijuana must be legalized in the specific location of the merchant by both state and local law.

All sales must be conducted at a 100% card swipe retail location. No MOTO or Internet sales will be allowed.

One of the following must be included with the merchant application.

State License
Sellerâ??s Permit
Articles of Incorporation stating that they are legal to sell medical marijuana

Letter or email stating the following steps taken to sell this product in compliance with the laws specific to your state, to include but not limited to:
Indicate whether a customer needs a prescription and if so, what the merchant keeps as documentation that a prescription was obtained.
Provide a brief explanation of the sales process.
Provide an explanation of how reorders are handled.
Indicate whether the cardholder presents registry every time.
Indicate whether registry is kept on file and provide the state age limit.
