Well then, why did you flush if you want to continue to give nutes?

That may sound sharp, but it is not meant to. I give the Ultra to the day before, BUT, I don't flush. I do not give enough nutes to flush out.

I don't give a lot of nutes anyhow, the ultra is one of the few. Usually the last 4 weeks I give a dose twice a week...an eyedropper dose.

I also find that flushing just before harvest leaves me with soaking soil in a pot that all the buffers are gone in and the roots rot as my environment is so humid it never would dry out. That also effects the length of cure and the possibility of mold before it gets dry enough. (I vent plenty, I am talking ambient humidity)

Well I have an autoflower so I'm not sure if I need to flush really also since there isn't much time to put too many nutes in. However, I used Fox farm Grow big, Tiger bloom, and Snow storm ultra. My first plant of the same strain had a weird aftertaste, the taste got better the longer it cured, but never to the point where it tasted great throughout the entire hit. I thought I didn't flush it properly...prolly only 4-5 gallons for a 3 gallon pot.

Well, I flushed this time with 12 gallons, but had been using the SSU and seeing very good results from it b4 the flush. I was just wondering if I continued to just use it, would it affect the taste much?

Better explanation. I use up to the day before. Noticed no aftertaste. I cure a minimum of 2 weeks. I don't ever flush any more.

In my humble, unproven opinion, I believe it is N that causes that aftertaste, and I never give it any more, I just repot on a time schedule. I give minimal nutrients, and usually the only thing I give late is molasses and Ultra

I actually wonder tho, just how much effect the Ultra has over UVb for the last 2 weeks and some other things. I do not like the way stuff will grow in the bottle, that is for sure. Molasses seems to do just as well.

I also have no experience with autoflower, as I prefer a perpetual garden.
