Sure they are ok but again they only light from the top like everyone else. What about kool tubes, you can light top and side with them and the air flow keeps everything cool so you can get the light close.

I wouldn't claim them to be the best, as any light can be remade. and hipEstoner, they will be at almost any hydro store, online or local. I find that it is not the light, as they are really basically the same, but the fixture. How good does it reflect? if it is air cooled how efective is it? I personally use sun systems for my most "upscale" lamp. but most of my lights are just 400 and 1000 watt econo fixtures from insidesun. but I don't use them any more because of there bad service of late

But again llamaman666 you are still only lighting the top of your plants and hoping youâ??re penetrating to the lower branches. What about the heat that is also reflected with batwing type of hoods? What do you do about side lighting?

Are you saying Kool tubes are not for "upscale" grows? I have invested over 12k in my grow room. I only grow 10 plants at a time too, but the yield is over the top.
