Under DHHS regulations, 90-100F is the acceptable temperature range. If the collector had an issue with the temperature, then s/he wouldve ordered you to immediately submit a second sample and under direct observation. The collector would process and send off both samples and indicate in the "Remarks" space that a direct observation collection had occurred, and the reason(s) why.

If you have not experienced any of the above, then you have nothing to worry about.
Burnt Toast Reviewed by Burnt Toast on . New user - Temp issue??? So I did a test using synthetic urine; I am working as a civilian on a Military base. After I got home, I read the paper I got when submitting my sample and it had the yes box checked for temp between 90-100 but then in comments they put "1st time cold @ 94 degree"? Should I be worried. It looks like they sent it out to Quest... Rating: 5
