It's frustrating though as he's become the public face of MMJ.
After the first story ran, the next day that's all people were talking about at work. It stirred up a lot of anti-MMJ. And we wonder why all these towns & cities want to put bans into place. 6 plants, 36 plants max in a house - not that big of a deal, but the hundreds he was growing...the general public doesn't understand it's just a plant. Growing it isn't like cooking meth, though the smell might turn some people off.

I don't wish him jail time, but I do wish he had been smarter about the whole thing (and I'm sure he does too).
