Why is he looking at 60 years does he have prior offenses????? The punishment in no way fits the crime

Using government math and logic:
If you are growing over 50 plants, the yield magically increases to 1 lb a plant.
He had 217 plants, that makes 98 kilos
Federal Penalty for over 50kg is 20 years
He was within 1000' feet of a school, that doubles the penalty.

So I was only able to calculate 40 years from that. Maybe there is conspiracy and all that other random crap they add on to charges with.
