Thank you for the links. Note that according to the second one, one of the laws in our history that was deemed to be so unjust that jury nullification was justified was alcohol prohibition.

Yeah doesn't seem like judges/lawyers are big on jury nullification. I've heard just mentioning it is a good way to get out of jury duty. Last time I had jury duty some guy was being sued by a corporation and I just said flat-out that I hate corporations in this country. Denied! On my way home before traffic!!! Woot!
