Canadian MMJ user looking for info.

Hello all,

I guess i could start by introducing myself. I am a licensed medical marijuana user in canada, and have been smoking marijuana for mediacal reasons for the past 3 years. Recently i booked a trip to Anaheim California to go to disneyland, knotts, and Magic Mountain, and i am worried that i will not be able to get my medication down there. Does anyone know if showing my British Columbia license down there would work for getting marijuana from a dispensary? Do i need a doctors note or anything? Is what im asking legal? I was told by a friend that not to take my license with me over the border, do to him being thoroughly searched for over an hour last time he traveled over the border, but i don't know what else do. I've spoken to my doctor and he suggested finding a forum on the internet like this one and seeing what citizens of california have to say on the matter. I don't want to do anything illegal, as breaking laws in another country seems like a terrible idea! Could somebody on this forum please HELP!! I'm not asking anyone to do anything illegal, just please provide a little information and advice, if anyone wants to email me directly they can at [email protected]. Thanks in advance.

Oh and if it so happens that i can visit a dispensary where is the nearest one to knotts berry farm or disneyland?

So far as I have heared our License are interstate I'm not sure about country though... Give me a day or so to research, I'll find out for ya man. Go to www. and you will find a spot near where your at.
