It has been my experience that if you're paying your bill on time, and aren't creating a $500-1000 bill, they don't care. All they really care about is making money and the more power you use, the more money they make. You can set your timers to run at night to kinda even out the usage and also helps with temps.:jointsmile:

I have a 2100sq ft. 3 bedroom house with 3 kids my wife and I. I run a 1000w hps on 12-12 and 4- 2ft T-5 flourecent fixtures. My light bill is usually around 400 to 450 for 2 months but since lights hooked up 600 to 650 every two months. Hope that helps. I've had no probs so far (knocking on wood now). :rasta:

You can also look on your light bill and see how much your power is per kilawatt hour and know that 1000w = 1kw hr. If your paying .18 cents per kw hr and want to run the light 12 hrs a day just do the math.:rasta:

but on the lighter side... a 13 watt cfl could do it, melting snow on a roof could do it, blinds closed all the time could do it, dogs in the backyard could do it, nobody home at certain hours could do it, frequent visitors could do it, a spouse or partner could do it, burying either one could do it, shit this list is endless, lol. he sure seems suspicious, never did talk much and always kept to himself his house sho smelt good tho (hick face here). red flags are everywhere people arent you paying attention we could get these scum of the street tomorrow if only youd pay attention!!!!! ahhhh pay attention, there is one now.

I agree almost completely with 'ya budlover13. But you can run up big bills and if it questioned simply say; I just added a hot tub or you just took up welding. The key is to pay your bill and on time.
