Just so you know, doctors can recommend increased plant counts if your personal issues warrant that.

So, there are a lot of growers who are using your logic of 99plants per patient in order to remain complaint. I'm pretty sure that growers would only push this when taking cuttings/clones or right at harvest/pre hash making, when there are more plants/cuttings/trim in the trashcan from harvest.

Your input is valuable to those who are looking to push their limits until there's a comparable supreme court case like the one you refer to.
