SCROG shot #2 Still new(ish) to this whole growing thing, and my first grow kicked my ass. :o I've learned alot, and had high hopes for my V-1 SCROG, but it ended in utter failure when the plant went hermie and popped out a pollen sack during week 2. :cursing::sadcrying It's been a few months now, and I've got a new girl to give this whole SCROG thing a shot with, so here we go!!!!:pimp::hippy: Pic: Technically Day 2 as I didn't have time before the lights went off last night to drop the Rating: 5

With further regards to your e-mail to me, I would suggest no more than 18 inches from the tops with that 120w panel with that DP. You might even try dropping another hour off your light schedule to force the top to stretch a bit more before going back to your regular cycle.

Nice one Canni:thumbsup:. I was thinking the same as Shake in the beginning, but that plant luv's you bro. Its looking like its going to yield you a plenty:jointsmile:. Makes me want to try it on my NL clone i took before the virus got to it. But im having an issue with it not growing enough roots, so maybe if i get that under control it might be the best way to get a better yield. I miss the strain, its one tasty strain.

Il be watching man, maybe i can learn a thing or two:jointsmile:

    Keep er green bro:weedpoke:

    Looking good, man!

I see ya'll are using a smart-pot. The plant, she certainly looks happy in there. :greenthumb:
Been tempted to give it a go with one, but haven't really seen many folks using them indoors. How do ya like it?

    Personally I kinda like em.

One of the biggest bitches I've heard about them is that they dry out to fast. And that's 100% true! They dry out REAL quick, which means IMO I've got better control over the nutes going in, and can get a better flush in the end.

I'm still veging in plastic tho as I'm not sure about up potting stress with the fabric bags, so I"m up potting as I go to flower into the smart pots.

i've heard great things about smart pots. i plan on using some in the near future (moving and not sure where i'm gonna setup shop yet). not only does it allow better nute control but your roots get way more o2/co2! this is one reason aeroponics is so successful, because the whole plant gets o2/co2.
