I have place probably around 20 seeds in rapid rooter plugs and placed them under constant light going on 3 days now. haven't seen any sprouts and last time they sprouted in 3 days. What might be the problem??

Germination
1. the seeds are not viable
2. seeds need to be kept moist & warm for germination...(80 degrees)
3. no need for light untill leaves appear
4. not familiar with rapid rooter plugs:...I germinate directly in the soil...4-6 days is normal
I got $20 on #1....

Germination
The quickest way to germinate seeds is to leave them in a warm moist environment that is in complete darkness.
I usually just put some dirt in a Tupperware container, put the seed in and water. Then, I put the lid on it and put it my closet or somewhere COMPLETELY DARK (no light) and check once a day. As soon as you see small white roots coming out of the ground give those babies all the light they can handle and they should take off.
