Thanks guys, I really appreciate the comments.

I have been reading up but there really is limited reliable information out there on LED growing, and it all seems so subjective on the forums. I want the facts of what will work!!

Okay so if anyone wants to look through the above 6 LEDs I have been looking at and giving me their reccommendation that'd be great, but otherwise I have come to the conclusion that perhaps

THIS

one would be the way to go? Although you mentioned orange is useless??

I read that the ratio of 7:1:1 is great for vegetive growth, but that one doesn't display the nanometers for each colour. I asked the seller that question so hopefully i'll hear back from him soon.

The only real reason I am more trusting of this one is because it is being sold in Australia, where I live, rather than from China. (Although they really are all probably from the same place!)

If I was to spend $170 on this I would want it to be able to support it well throughout the plants life..not just initial stages. "2 good 90W LEDS will rival a 400W HPS".. Does that mean with 1 of these 90W LEDs, it end up being more like outdoor grown buds, or hydroponic?

I really have searched through google for hours on this topic so I hope you guys can help!

Thanks again
seriousone Reviewed by seriousone on . Hi there! L.E.D light - is this one suitable? Hi there all, Great to now be part of the forums after much reading! I am looking into a very simple grow setup to house 1-2 plants in an area roughly 50cm x 50 cm x 50cm, perhaps even a tiny bit smaller, and am looking into LED lights which sit more within my price bracket. I have found a few on ebay and have no clue on what to choose, if any. (although I am really hoping one of these would work fantasticly since $300+ is too much for me!) LED LIGHT ONE Rating: 5
