I'd prefer to spend around the $150 mark but am willing to go a bit higher if need be!

I simply have no idea what "nm" each coloured light is supposed to have for ideal marijuana growing conditions etc etc.

No! It will not!
And I would avoid any vendor making such claims.

Two, good, 90-W led lamps will rival a 400W HPS.
