23 watt cfls are Very bad, you could get some 100 watt cfls with about 5k lumens , but you will end up buying more bulbs here and there and it acumulates, you can just buy a cheap 400 watt hps light system for about 80 bucks or less on ebay. get about 50k lumens FTW
