Alright, I don't know if anyone out there has knee pain, don't know the age group of this forum, but I'm 40...but I've got the knees of an 80, so the doc has told me...so I'm looking for something that is good for pain, but I don't want couch lock...any suggestions?

Ps...I'll also take your suggestions for a couch lock strain...hoping to get my medical card here shortly.
