Can i put a grow box inside my stone shed with air ventilation in the winter months from january i was thinking if it was to cold in january to put in a halogen heater what do you think this is the only place i can put my growbox

its like an outhouse but instead of wood its made from bricks and its pretty big

Would i have to clean the whole shed because its quite dusty i would of thought because its inside a grow box i wouldnt have to?
