If I understand you correctly, you want to use the pond as a tray for your plants?
If that's the idea, you will have will obviously have to place the lights where you get the most bang for the buck, and leave any areas without plants that don't have sufficient light. Rather inefficient, but it would work. What are you using for a reservoir?

ive been thinking for the last couple days about this and searching you tube of course lol. What if i made a cover that fits over the pond and cut holes for an aeroponics system? that would save me some ceiling space cuz i only got 7 feet and i could us pond as its own reservoir. my two hps lights have the ballast attached to the light vertical hanging from a gym ceiling aquired for free of course And ive attached a pic of pretty much the same pond let me know what u think

    Seven feet height is plenty....

If I was you, I would use that pond as a reservoir, then, using some 2x6s and frame yourself, say a 6'6" square, nail a piece of plywood as a bottom, and line it with plastic. Set that up on directly on top of the pond and start your drip system. If you have some extra $$ you can buy pond liner at Lowes or Home depot which will last longer than plastic.
