I've been putting off a root canal for a while. Last night my dentist called and said they had an opening at 9 PM, without thinking I said okay, I'll be right in.
I ate too brownies earlier that day, one at 3 PM and the other at 8 PM an hour before I went in. I was really surprised because I thought it would be more intense, more feeling with my brownies, and these are not mild brownies. Sitting in the chair I thought, if there's a time for a panic attack. This is it, I hate going to the dentist.
I couldn't believe it, but this is the easiest time I've ever had going to the dentist, very smooth. Less pain and less anxiety, less anything negative. I don't know if it would work this way for everyone but I'm going to always be at least a little stoned from now on when seeing the dentist.
