polarboy Reviewed by polarboy on . caregivers in RI not accessable I have my doctors recommendation but no caregiver. That seems to be the case in general here in RI. When will they open those centers? Any caregivers left after all the stupid stuff going on here? How long will it take them to get it straightened out? I could be dead by then. Rating: 5
