I would not cut it down. I have snapped stems bigger than what you have and they survive just fine.

Take some heavy tape, such as duct tape or better yet aluminum tape if you have it, and wrap a piece around where the break is/was in such a way that it will support the weight of the cola, and let nature take its course, it will hardly affect anything as far as life is concerned. It will form a knot around its injury and just make it stronger.

keylime Reviewed by keylime on . what should I do? this is my first grow. i have it in a pc case. i vegged 4 plants and ended up with 1 female. it is from bagseed and i am using miricle grow (yes i know) and not really using any ph shit and just tap water occasionally rain. like a moron i zip tied the stem of the main cola to a metal rack in attempts to make it grow bigger (shoulda done this in veg state) anyways it rotted the fuck outta the stem. every day the hairs get more brown. im afraid its time to cut her but im not really Rating: 5
