bud rot on my purple help fast!

whos got the fastest fingers, i need a quick response, as i type and smoke away.

my prized possession purple now looks like this... i noticed the rotting yesterday and assume bud rot. im going out of town for the weekend i checked today and the rotting is spreading.

yesterday it was on the growth down low and today it was spreading upwards.

i read to chop off underneath foliage to help air get it but thats bout it.

i have 5 plants packed tight i assume that it will spread if left unattended right?

So chop now and dry or wait till i get back and see how it does??

Lower your humidity,... Don't know if you just sprayed them with something,... but if that's ambient conditions (all the moisture on the leaves) It's WAY bad!

Do what you can, but it's nowhere near harvest. Good luck

I'm in the opposite end of the spectrum with my outdoor girls,... TOO LITTLE humidity! The tips of all my pistils die off not long after they form. Hope you can get it the rot under control.

I would suggest you get what you can and try and salvage what is unaffected. Some people cut out the bud mold and dry what's left quick. I had it on a couple of plants due to heavy rain. I cut out all the infected buds and left the clean. Dry it in the oven a 200 degrees for 1/2 hour to kill any spores. :twocents:

I didn't use or dry any infected or surrounding flowers. But, it was scrounged by others to further remove any good material and smoke it. Others have make hash from the stuff. Its not totally dry at 200 degrees. Air dry from there.
